Return Policy

Returning an Order

Can I return my order?

Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with the ordered products, you may return them within 30 days of receipt. The order must meet the following conditions:

  • The order still includes all required components, accessories, and the packaging is exactly as received.

  • The product has not been damaged due to negligent handling, which can be verified through normal use.

  • Products where hygiene is a priority must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.

  • The product is defective immediately upon receipt.

  • We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.

  • Returns will be processed within 7 business days and, if all conditions are met, officially approved within that period.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returned products if we suspect they have been used or damaged without our responsibility.


How do I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

  1. Send an email to: info@williams-florida.com

  2. Make sure the email includes the following details:

    • Order number

    • Reason for the return request

    • Photo of the product in case of damage

    • Customer’s full name

    • Customer’s address

We will contact you with the correct return address. Never send the product to the sender’s address; the correct return address will be provided once you contact us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of you, the customer.


Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following provisions, if they are natural persons who enter into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their trade, business, or profession:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days from the day you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, received the last item.

As we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. For this reason, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, and a refund is only possible once we have received and processed the returned products.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Williams Florida) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email). The withdrawal will be completed once we receive the products. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the products.


Shipment Tracking

Since our products are shipped from Asia, longer delivery times may occur, which are beyond our control.
If the products are already on their way to you, it is not possible to cancel the order. Please wait until the products have been delivered, and only then proceed with the return.
Of course, you may notify us in advance of your intention to cancel the order.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option we offer).

Refunds will be made without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we received both your notice of withdrawal and the returned products.
We will use the same payment method for the refund as you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged for the refund.

All returned products must be sent, at the customer’s expense, to our warehouse in Asia. Otherwise, a refund will not be possible.
